Review for Terminus Du Forez Saint-Etienne Centre Gare Chateaucreux
The staff were attentive and competent, always ready to assist with any concerns. The room was clean and well-equipped with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioning. The hotel is located in a beautifully quiet area, which was exceptionally pleasant. The restaurant offered a brilliant selection for breakfast and dinner, catering to every budget.

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the city. The staff were excellent and amiable. I enjoyed the continental breakfast, and I was close to Cliffe High Street.

A convenient hotel right across the train station. The reception staff was friendly and spoke English. The room wasnice and neat, with a particularly cozy mattress. There are plenty of eating places nearby. Despite being in town, it was surprisingly quiet. The secure parking space behind the hotel was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Location. It is just opposite to St Etienne TGV railway station. And, believe me, you don't want to spend any longer in St Etienne than necessary.
Terrible cigarette smoke smell everywhere - especially in the room (had requested non-smoking one). Hotel didn't provide shampoo or soap, but anyway I couldn't get the shower work either. If if wouldn't have been midnight when I arrived I would have walked to Ibis next door.

Conveniently located across the train station, perfect for our romantic escape. The friendly and English-speaking reception staff made check-in a breeze. The room was clean and spacious, and the comfortable mattress allowed for a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the secure parking space provided, ensuring peace of mind for our car.
The hotel's interior decor seemed outdated and in need of a refresh. the WiFi only worked on one device and was quite slow.

Food in the hotel restaurant was actually very good (Dinner).
But breakfast wasn't, as the selection was quite limited and quality not that great.

Conveniently located near the train station and city center, this hotel had a great location for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and offered comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep. there were plenty of restaurant options nearby for dining out.
Although I enjoyed my stay overall, the hotel's room doors were loud and difficult to open which could be bothersome to light sleepers or those hoping for a peaceful morning. parking at the hotel was a bit of a hassle, with the complimentary garage located around the corner from the hotel and not easily accessible with luggage.

I selected this hotel because it was very close to St Etienne railway station and when I arrived at 23.15 on Sunday evening it was a blessing to walk out of the station in the dark and see the lights of the hotel. The closeness to the station was also a benefit as my return train on Tuesday morning was at 07.50. I found the food menu in the hotel restaurant had limited choice but the food served was very good
Although there was a kettle and some tea provided in the room there was no milk or coffee.
